Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, we will gladly accept returns that meet four simple conditions.
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
2. Returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of receipt.
3. All returns must be made through our returns process below.
4. Note that sale items marked FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please note, a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for using this label. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please process your return through our Return Center and then place your replacement order on our website. If you are exchanging the same item in the same color for a different size, you are then welcome to email customerservice@carvedesigns.com with your new order # so you can be refunded for the $7 return shipping fee.
