Shipping Information

Please understand that we are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience and will process your order as quickly as possible. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Orders do NOT deliver on a weekend, even for expedited service.

We currently ship to the Contiguous US, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. We use UPS SurePost, which is transferred to USPS to deliver to your final destination. If you are unable to receive deliveries by USPS, please choose UPS Ground for your service.

Orders are processed and shipped on Non-Holiday, business days (M-F). 

Carve Designs accepts payments via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is packed and ready to leave the warehouse. Don’t forget to check your spam if you don’t see our email.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!

Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates are calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address and estimated weight of the order.

Shipping is free on all orders over $99.

Shipping Lead-times

Orders may take up to 3 business days to process and we do not guarantee same day processing for any order. Orders do NOT deliver on a weekend, even for expedited service.

*P.O. Boxes ship via Smartpost and are not eligible for expedited shipping.

Ground

Ground shipments may take 3-14 business days to receive depending on your location.

Two-Day

  • Orders placed before 9 am PST M-W will Deliver in two business days after processing.
  • Orders placed after 9 am PST will not ship until the next business day after processing. Please allow three business days to receive your order after processing.
  • Orders placed after 9 am PST Thursday before 9 am PST Friday will ship on Friday to arrive on Tuesday after processing.
  • Orders placed after 9 am PT on Friday before 9 am PST Monday will ship on Monday to arrive on Wednesday after processing.

 Overnight 

  • Orders placed before 9 am PST M-TH will arrive the next business day after processing.
  • Orders placed after 9 am PST will not ship until the next business day. Please allow two business days to receive your order after processing.
  • Orders placed after 9 am PST Thursday and before 9 am PST Friday will ship on Friday to arrive on Monday after processing.

Canada: Rates and Taxes 

Carve Designs charges $30 to ship orders to Canada. GST Tax will also be added to your order at check out.
